Beautiful view overlooking Lake Dojran.

Our experience was disappointing from the beginning. We booked a Deluxe Junior Suite but were given a standard double room first, which was not what we paid for. After addressing this mix-up, we were moved to another room, only to find that it still wasn't what we reserved. To make matters worse, the bugs that entered when I opened the balcony door made the stay even more frustrating. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
