Brand-new hotel with top-class staff on reception desk. Huge and brand-new rooms with nice views. Great area, central location not far from a mini market, and the Centre.

Beds were not so comfortable.

Please no Nescafé for breakfast, Macedonian coffee is so good, waiters at the breakfast buffet somewhat disorganized

Beautiful view overlooking Lake Dojran.

Our experience was disappointing from the beginning. We booked a Beautiful Junior Suite but were given a standard double room first, not what we paid for. After addressing this mix-up, we were moved to another room, only to find that it still wasn't what we reserved. The second room had a strong cigarette smell that was unacceptable. To. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
